I owned my car less than a year and inspected it prior to buying. I was maintaining my car with cliff and i know the car is old and such but I spent over $2000 repairing my car with him and my car had continuous problems over and over again. Once I confronted him about the continuous problems with my car he ignored me and my calls and claimed he did a good job. I do not recommend doing business with him.

I have known Cliff for many years. I have purchased 3 vehicles from him over the years and have been satisfied with all 3. I have also recommended friends and family to Cliff and they have all been happy that I did. I have had my vehicles serviced by Cliff and he has always gone above and beyond. I highly recommend that you do business with Cliff.

Been taking my car here whenever I need anything. Super honest mechanics that have always shown me what is wrong before they do work. Diagnoses the issue and gets the car back on the road quickly. Great for buying parts too. Highly recommend

He was fast in programming my fob. But he told me it was going to cost me something and when I came he charged me almost double for a 5 minute job. When I said you said this much he played “I don’t remember “. Still got it done but I feel cheated . Job was done what could I do ?

I would not trust Cliff if he was the last car salesman around. He likes to steal money from you at his first chance. He bought a car from me years ago and never did pay me everything.

This is a long review, scroll to the end if you want a tl,dr.Buyer beware! Cliff's warranty seems to be only a big sales pitch. 2 weeks ago I bought an 09 Chevy Cobalt from him. I was promised a 30 day warranty and he gave a great sales pitch on how he would help with repairs once the warranty was up. Had the vehicle for one day and I started having engine issues. Within a 5 day period, the car was at Cliff's twice and the problem still wasn't resolved. When he was asked as to what repairs he did to the car, he became very unprofessional and downplayed the issues with my car. The fact that the car had acceleration problems, rough idling, and the engine light was on was no big deal to Cliff. He made it quite clear to us that he felt they were minor issues. He clearly does not care about customer service and lacks professionalism. He admitted at this time he didn't know what was wrong with vehicle. It was obvious quick fixes were done. It was agreed I would take the car home to see of these repairs fixed the issue. Within a day, the engine light was on and the car was still not running properly. Called Cliff and left 2 messages, but he didn't return any calls. To make a long story short, I returned the car today and got my money back. If you're considering buying a vehicle from him, be careful.Tl,Dr: Cliff didn't care about customer service and didn't seem to care about figuring out what was really wrong with my car. His warranty" doesn't include repairing the vehicle properly. His arrogance and unprofessionalism made this a totally negative experience."

Horrible service, unprofessional, rudeSaw an ad on kijiji and texted about it to the number provided and agreed on a viewing, only to arrive there and be told that the car is not ready for viewing and is being washed. We still agreed to buy it and come back the next day for a test drive and to finalize the deal. Once I went back home and saw the price has increased for the car so I texted the number asking about the price increase as it was not mentioned while I was viewing the car. No answer. Called the number no one picked up. I texted again, no reply. Few hours later I found out the ad has been removed. Why lie to and ignore customers? We were told we were first in the list to buy the car just to be ignored immediately. Why waste my time? Rude, unprofessional and misleading.
